"Photography is something I’ve enjoyed since I was 16 years old and I got my first Pentax K1000. Photography was my favorite class. Yes, there used to be art classes in high school and I took every one of them. I never learned to type..skipped that class for art as well as many others. At UCLA I majored in Fine Art and I still hear my father yelling at me, “What are you going to do with Fine Art?” He wanted me to be an accountant like him. However, my mother is an artist and she taught me to see the world in colors others never see. I believe artists have a responsibility to bring to life the colors, the composition, the light of our everyday life that others are too busy to notice".

Stephanie Stamos received her B.A. in Fine Art at UCLA. In addition to her interest in the arts, she also earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, focusing on marriage, family and child counseling. A native of Los Angeles and Orange County, California, her works have been featured in gallery shows in Los Angeles and Southern California.

Stephanie's work can be found in the private collection of many prominent people, including an academy award winning actor and a grammy winning artist. Stephanie's artwork, both painting and photography has been in numerous exhibitions and won many awards. Stamos Fine Art Photography has since taken off and has had the honor of gracing numerous magazine covers. She was awarded many times every year by a worldwide contest Shoot and Share in categories of Family, High School Seniors and Children Photography.
